$300 1 bdr sublet

Looking to sublet 1 bdr in a 4 bdr house for the month of May. 15 minute walk to campus, includes parking space, garbage removal, laundry, nice kitchen living room and bathroom, only extra utilities are electric which is about $50 and propane for $20. Bedroom is upstairs and has three windows and two closets. Housemates are friendly, two females one male ages 20-22. Again this is only for May but for $300 which may even be negoitable.
