Looking for someone to sublet this summer at 40 North Oakwood Terrace.  I currently share the room with my roommate and we each pay $350.  If you would prefer to sublet alone, we can negotiate a price.

$350/mo plus utilities (cable/internet, electric, gas)
Four bedrooms, one is shared
2 bath, full kitchen, furnished living room, washer/dryer in basement
5-10 min. walk from campus
