Gorgeous studio apartment for rent, right in the heart of New Paltz. The lease term is June 1st to August 22nd (this date is flexible)... I would like to have the apartment rented for at least June and July and perhaps the first 3 weeks of August. Rent is $900 a month, all utilities + internet are included. The apartment is right above Jack's Rhythms if you are familiar with New Paltz. There is a lovely bay window that extends out of the living room area, a well-equipped kitchen that was refinished 1 year ago, a fresh bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and a bedroom with plenty of closet space. The apartment comes with a desk, chair, full size bed and memory foam mattress. Other furniture such as a kitchen table and a couch may also be included, or I can have most of the furniture taken out of the apartment if you prefer. The apartment is well lit, with plenty of natural light, the previous tenant is a non-smoker, no pets and kept it very clean. The landlord is very nice and helpful and it is a safe environment to live in. There is parking behind the building for tenants as well.
