Hey my name is Sam. I was just accepted last week as a transfer and am looking for a place. I'm looking for a private bedroom in a house or apartment, with shared kitchen and bathroom. Utilities included (internet, electric/heat/water, laundry). I have a car so I need parking, either private or close by. I'm quiet and clean, a nonsmoker. I'm down to earth and friendly, love animals so pets aren't a problem. Please let me know if anyone has anything available, looking for a room mate. Budget is below $600/month.
