Looking for 1 large bedroom/studio for summer sublet

My friend and I are both females who are looking to share a large bedroom in a house OR a studio apartment for summer 2012 beginning June and lasting until early August.

Target rent is $700 (total) with most utilities included, proximity to campus is not a factor.  We are just trying to focus while we take summer classes and acquire jobs. 

If it's in a house, the number of people doesn't matter so long as everyone is friendly and practices good hygiene. If it is a studio, that would be ideal.
