Come join our house ,home of Forest Fest, at Forest Glen Road off of Route 208 about a 3 min drive to campus.The house is a 6 person house 3 bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom, 3 bedroom downstairs with a bathroom that only two rooms share, big living space and big kitchen. We also have a garden, sauna, 3 parking lots and lots of land! The room open downstairs is roughly 575 a month with utilities included and the room upstairs is about 550 a month with utilities included. We are looking for preferably two female students (or one female, one male) attending SUNY New Paltz that are responsible, respectful and clean. Pets are welcome as long as they are trained and friendly! We know how to have a good time but are also on top of our schoolwork and are looking some down to earth people to fill these rooms.
