Looking for someone to sublet a furnished room from May 20th(or June 1st) to mid August.
only $495 a month - utilities (gas, electricity, wifi, and cable) included
bathroom and kitchen in house are shared with three people
10-15 min walk from campus and less than 5 min walk to main street (Trailways bus station)
plenty of parking in the driveway
it's located on 38 prospect st. ( 2 blocks from main st.)
