The house is located across the street from the SUNY New Paltz main campus and only a two block walk to Main St. The rent is 650 a month with everything included. Wireless internet provided as part of the rent. Washer and dryer on site. Ample parking space and full kitchen for your use. No pets allowed. Lease length can be negotiated. The address is 36 Plattekill Ave. New Paltz NY, 12561 located across the street from VH. There would be 4 other people living in the house two upstairs with the vacant room (one lady and one gentleman) and my fiance and I living downstairs.
