Looking For One Housemate ASAP!

Me and 2 other guys are currently renting out the top floor of a house on S. Oakwood. One of them is graduating, so we have a spot open. It's a 2 minute walk to class. The rent is around $666 w/ utilities. Contact me ASAP!

Hi,
   Is the room still available?  (Is it a room)?  I need more details and who else is sharing the house downstairs?  I will be a sophomore transferring to New Paltz-I am pretty neat and laid back and easy to get along with.
