One Bedroom Available in Four Bedroom House

Looking for a housemate! The house is located on Broadhead Avenue. The house has 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. Rent is reasonable with most utilities included.

625 dollars/month, with all utilities included except electricity and cable/internet. these utilities combined never amount to more than 25 dollars/month.
