Lease starts June 2025 through next May 2026. $800. for larger room and $750. for smaller one.  This includes ALL utilities including wifi, lawn care and snow removal. This is a clean quiet house with responsible students. Large kitchen and 2 baths.   One month security deposit required.  There is parking available on property.
Looking for  a few mature, older students who want great housemates.  A non-smoking house.
