SUNY New Paltz is now partnering with CollegePads to provide an off-campus housing market for our students. Listings on the 'Off-Campus Housing Marketplace' can be purchased by property owners and managers, with direct support from expert staff at College Pads. The tool is designed to support students' needs while also contributing to a healthy and robust market for property owners and managers.

The new site can be reached at: offcampushousing.newpaltz.edu

It is important to note that this is the only platform that will be endorsed and utilized by SUNY New Paltz.
