In exchange for your $700 a month, you will have a private bedroom and bathroom, garage parking (with garage door opener), all utilities, cable, and wifi.  My house is about 20 minutes from SUNY campus, in a very quiet, remote setting.  The living room and eat-in kitchen are shared space, and there is a back porch to enjoy.  I live alone and have a dog, so tenant must be pet-friendly!
