Dear students,

SUNY New Paltz is now partnering with CollegePads to provide an off-campus housing market for our students. Listings on the Off-Campus Housing Marketplace can be purchased by property owners and managers, with direct support from expert staff at College Pads. The tool is designed to support students' needs while also contributing to a healthy and robust market for property owners and managers.

If you are a student looking for housing, posts should start appearing soon from landlords.  You can also log in to look for potential roommates.  To use the site, go to offcampushousing.newpaltz.edu and click Login at the top right.  You can click on the Roommates tab and then Post to look for roommates, or click the Renter Education tab for other helpful information.

It is important to note that this is the only platform that will be endorsed and utilized by SUNY New Paltz.
