Down the street from starbucks and Stewarts, with a shared bath and kitchen with 3 other male students.

Pay only for the time your staying: Semester contracts, not a YEAR LONG CONTRACT. Why pay for months you aren't even in New Paltz? Free summertime storage of furniture if you renew and return the following year. Imagine not having to move everything out and move everything back in!

No parties/drugs/smoking/vaping/incense/candles inside.
Occupancy is 1 per room.
There is no private parking.
