I have 2 rooms in a 4 bedroom apartment available. It is a year long lease that starts August 1st, 2023. Each room is $780 per month. All utilities included except Internet, Electric, and Propane. The rooms are big enough to fit a queen sized bed, desk, and dresser very comfortably. There is a large kitchen shared by all 4 roommates as well as a full bathroom and common area shared by all 4 roommates. There is also a large yard and shared patio right out the back door of the apartment.  Both roommates in other rooms are extremely nice and easy going! This apartment is located right on Main Street in New Paltz next to the New Paltz Middle School. It is a short 3-5 minute walk to SUNY New Paltz. There is off-street parking for each tenant as well.
