1 Bedroom In House Available June 1st

Hello, I am a student who recently leased a house on North Front street. The lease is for one year starting on June 1st, but I will not be living in the house during the summer. In order to save money, I would like to have a subtenant who will be able to live in the house from June 1st to August 27th. The rent is $775/month. There are two other people leasing the house with me, but only one of them will be living in the house during the summer.
