The studio apartment is located in a private house with a separate apartment which includes a full kitchen that can fit a bed, a small dresser, a small table, and chairs. There is a separate bathroom. Use of the backyard is available for lounging. Rent is $750 per month. The first month's rent includes one month's rent of $750 plus one month's security of $750 totaling $1,500. Security will be refunded when the renter vacates provided that the apartment is not damaged. The monthly rent is due by the 5th of each month. If the renter does not pay the rent on time, they will be asked to vacate the apartment. Electricity and electric heat are the responsibility of the renter. The renter is expected to be mindful of the abuse of the hot water. The landlord is responsible for providing hot water, including paying for the water, sewer, and garbage pickup.
