Hello, I am a 27-yr-old returning Astrophysics student, and my partner, in his 30s, is a professional works as a welder & metal fabricator in Poughkeepsie. 
We are looking for 1-2 bedrooms, preferably a house, but open to an apartment. 
Our move in date is either 3/15 or 6/1.
Our budget is $1300.
