Hi! I'm moving out of my current location on Main Street and was hoping to find a 1 bedroom or studio apartment within walking distance (a few miles is fine) of the college.

Preferably under $1,000 - but my budget is flexible.

 I am looking into a 2 bed room apartment in New Paltz and would need a roommate for the place. I approximate it would cost us both $900/month at most and that would cover everything from rent to electric,water,heat, and internet. The move in would be March 1st.
