$625 room sublet in 4 bedroom townhouse

I'm subletting my room in a 4 bedroom townhouse that's a 10-minute walk to campus. 2 full bathrooms, common living room and kitchen areas with shared closet space in the living room, as well as your own personal closet in the bedroom.

$625/month, utilities paid separately and split with the other roommates (currently 2 females), washer and dryer on-site (not coin-operated!), off-street parking, snow and garbage removal handled by the landlord.

Sublet starts in August, lease ends in December so if you decide you want to stay you have the option to sign a new lease with the landlord.
