Graduate Student in need of a place to live for the Spring 2012 Semester

Greetings all and to whom it may concern.

I am a 24 year old male from New York, NY. Currently entering my second semester in my graduate program, I am looking for a place where I can be quiet, tranquil, and relaxed during my downtime between class and work. Last semester I commuted between New Paltz and the city, and this semester I would like to avoid this move as much as possible. I do not have a car so I hope to find something relatively close to campus and town. I hope to find something no higher in price than $800, including utilities if possible.
