Looking for housemate in 2 bedroom

I am looking for one female to sign a lease with me to start  June 1. 2 bedroom apartment just outside the village. You must have a car and be okay with cats. Great country setting.
I love the outdoors and being adventurous and having a good time. I also prefer my living situation to be more quiet and peaceful.
Rent would be $675 split and about $50 additional in utilities
