My name is Sara and I'm an English MA at SUNY New Paltz. I am looking for a room to rent within walking distance to campus. My lease is up where I currently live in July, but I would like to possibly get out sooner if possible. I am looking for something within $450-$650 monthly price range. I value a clean and calm living space, I have no pets, and while I like to have a friend or 2 over sometimes, we're never too loud or inconsiderate. Mostly just like to go with the flow and add to a friendly atmosphere
