- Lease starts January 1st and ends at the end of August. You'll be able to renew it then
- 2 bedroom on a quiet street near Convenient Deli
- Semi-furnished room (includes desk and chair)
- Large storage space separate from the room itself
- Rent is 550 per month but you'll split utilities which includes natural gas heat/electric/internet so it'll be closer to 650 - 660 a month.
- Driveway and parking included
- Literally a 3 minute bike ride/7 minute walk to campus and 30 seconds to main street
- Free Washer/Dryer in the basement
