Looking for a 1-2 bedroom Fall '17!

Tentative New Paltz students looking for a place to live (apartments, condos, and cottages up for consideration) for Fall '17 through Spring '18,  possibly long-term. Willing to start lease late summer if needed. Preferably pet friendly. Stand-alone housing preferred but top-floor apartments considered. Not looking for a studio, either a 1 bedroom with separate office space or 2 bedrooms. I know it's early to be looking, just hoping to gather some options over the long-run!
