I am a graduating biochemistry senior with a female housemate looking for a third roommate for our Southside Terrace Apartment. The available room is 10x12 feet and is 650$ per payment. We are looking to get first month's rent and one month security for a total of 1300$. The move in date is august 28th. The room is located in building 5 and has the largest living room and kitchen available. Both me and my housemate are easy going and clean.
