Hello! My friends and I recently found a house to rent. It's four bedrooms. Unfortunatly one of our friends/roommates decided to transfer... so we are looking for someone (preferably a female) to take what would have been her room. The house is super cute!! And so close to campus! It's right on N. Manheim (near M&T bank), its right off of main street. The bedroom a decent size!! It's a ten month lease- which is perfect if you're not in New Paltz over the summer months. The rent is $700 a month. And all of the girls who are gonna live there, are super nice, and east going.
