Looking to sublet my rented room until as late as May 2016. The house is on the intersection of Ridge Road and Plattekill Ave., which is practically the same as living in Deyo Hall on campus. Every point on campus is within a 10-15 minute walking distance, and so is everything on Main Street.

• Room is on the back of a house with plenty of privacy and its own door leading outside.
• Comes with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, bathroom, shower, and sink.
• Utilities (electricity/heat/internet) included.

Since I'm leaving for good in May, you will more than likely be able to rent the room longer if necessary without needing to worry about finding housing for the Fall 2016 semester.

Rent is $600/month. If you want to rent for part of March, since it has already begun, we can negotiate a lower rate for this month depending on when you move in.
