I'm looking to sublet my room.  It's 550 per month with all utilities and wifi included.  It's a 6 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen.  The house is quiet and people mostly keep to themselves.  The room is located right next to a bathroom and kitchen and is the only one in the house with a separate entrance.  The room has lots of cabinets, closet space, and also a small desk.  It just needs a bed.  The landlady is kind and willing to work with you for most situations.  The lease runs until August 18th, but there is always the option to sublet if you don't need to stay for the summer.  I would like this rented ASAP so please let me know if you're interested.
