1 Bedroom Available for Sublet

Hello! I am looking for someone, can be student or working person, in the New Paltz area to sublet my apartment in New Paltz. Looking for someone to move in sometime in December or beginning of January, move in date is negotiable.

The apartment is in a great location, right next to the Bakery and around the corner from Main Street. It is a two floor, two bedroom apartment. The bedroom that is available is located downstairs with the kitchen, it has a spacious closet. Another already occupied bedroom (a 26 yr old male tenant lives there) is located upstairs with the bathroom. The guy who lives upstairs is very nice and works in New Paltz.

The rent is $625 a month all utilities included except wifi. It is actually a very good price for the location, I am looking to move out west. The lease ends August 30th and there is onsite parking available.
