Hello!  I'm a 25 year old female in my second year of graduate school.  I'm looking for a private 1-bedroom or studio in New Paltz or the surrounding area.  Price range: $800-1000.  (Not interested in a share at this time.)  For the past five years, I've worked as a server and during the school year as a substitute teacher.  I'm studious, reliable, and responsible- with great references available.  I will be viewing potential places during the month of July and hope to move in August.

Hi. I have an upstairs open with two rooms and a bath for $600 including all utilities. There is only a small kitchen area with a microwave and fridge.
