Looking for 3rd roomate

Hi we're two guys,22, looking for a third person to split an apartment for the upcoming semester. The lease starts in August.Rent is 1300, so between 3 people it would come out very cheap. Everything is included except electric/wifi. Walking distance from town/campus. Smoker/pet friendly. It's a 2-bedroom apartment but we would be willing to let whoever takes us up on our offer to have their own room. We are friendly, laid back and respectful. We like to keep the apartment clean, so by no means will this be a party house, although we would have friends come over from time to time to hang out or drink casually, as you would be welcome to do with your friends.
