Looking for a roommate-August 2015

Hello,
I am a female looking for a kind, respectful, and clean roommate to share an apartment with starting this August. I don't have an apartment found yet, but am generally looking for a two bedroom in New Paltz close to Main Street within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. I would prefer to keep the total rent including all utilities under 1,500 (to be split between myself and the roommate).

I am a friendly and easy-going young professional relocating to the New Paltz area this coming August. I keep a relativly clean apartment, and I don't have any pets but love animals and would be open to having one in the apartment if they are well trained.  Generally Looking for a responsible college student or young professional.
