Subletting Room for Spring 2015 on Water ST and Rail Trail 550 a month

Hey so I'm studying abroad in Japan next semester and desperately need someone to sublet my room to for the spring semester (Jan thru may). The house is on Water ST (3 minute walk from Campus) and the backyard is the rail trail and the Walkill river (which is beautiful honestly). The rent is 550 a month plus util which comes out to about 60 a month, and has a washing machine and dryer (free to use) and a deck. There are two other room mates both of whom are great people.
