Hello. I looking for someone to take over my lease as soon as possible. It's one bedroom in a three bedroom, one bath upstairs apartment located about 2 miles from campus on a large property with hiking trails and a pond. The rent is $556 a month which includes heat, hot water, and electric and the security deposit is $567. The rent is less than the security deposit because you would have the smallest bedroom. Your housemates would be two friendly female SUNY New Paltz undergrad students. Please let me know if you are still in need of housing and are interested.
