Place to live for the school year

Hi,
I am currently at my last year in New Paltz and I need a place to live for the year. I am looking to rent a room in a nice house, medium size room, not farther than ten minute away from campus I have a car. Everything included +wifi and cable would be a bonus. Please if you have a room let me know. Also looking to pay ($550-600) that's the most I am wiling to pay with everything included, I am quiet, barely home I work a lot, I have friends on campus so washing machine is a bonus not necessity, and please give me a call or text at 845-204-7996.
