The house has laundry on site so no treks over to the laundromat in the middle of the night. Great house, big living room, front porch, basement for storage, shared kitchen, off-street parking, NO PETS sorry, and cool people. Some furnishings available if needed.

Rent is $625 each month with all utilities (heat, electricity, water, garbage disposal) included. Only other payment might be internet.
Sublet from June 1st to August 20th. Move in/out date negotiable.
