I have one bedroom to sublet for the months of June and July, in a 6 bedroom house.  $540 a month without utilities.  Can maybe discus a cheaper price. On South Chestnut, near the opening of Mohonk Rd.  Its extremely close to Main St. and a 10 min walk to campus.  We have a washer/drying, some parking spots, living rm, dining rm, kitchen, basement, and two bathrooms.  Very spacious room with a closet.  Also PET FRIENDLY, and smoking/drinking.
