Be the first to call if you want to be in the best house in town.  Just 1-1/2 blocks from campus.  You can walk or bike to class and come home for lunch. Just 1-1/2 blocks to Main Street for Starbucks and everything else.  If you need to go further, catch the Loop bus right in front.  The house is fully furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortably furnished all-season sunroom with a treadmill, free washer and dryer, 2 newly renovated bathrooms (1 upstairs & 1 down), dining room with skylights and recessed lighting, front and back porches, lovely huge backyard.  It will be your own private home.  Sorry, no smoking and no pets of any kind.  There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 down.  Room size varies, so be an early caller and get the room of your choice.  Leases run from August through May, but summer months can be added.  Call Jan at (845) 633-9616 and leave your name and phone number.  Please speak slowly and clearly and repeat your information so we can call you right back.
