Room for rent Spring 2014

If you're looking for a place, I'm currently looking for someone to take over my lease. It would be Jan-May . It's located close to campus, about a ~10 minute walk ( it's right across from Convenient Deli ( how convenient!)). Currently there are 3 girls and one guy(me). One of the girls is a grad student and the other two are juniors on the Frisbee team. The house itself is actually very nice, it's the landlord's summer house, so it has a real-house feeling, not a college party house feeling. It has 1 1/2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, a good size kitchen/eating area, living room, sun room, washer+dryer, and a backyard that is used for growing herbs. Also, it has a driveway if you have a car/plan on having one here. Rent is $660+utilities, but you're paying for a quality house and an awesome landlord, something you'll rarely find.
