Hi,

I am  helpingmy daughter search for off campus housing for herself and 3 girlfriends. These girls will be juniors in the fall. They are all college athletes, 2 are basketball players and will need to continue living at the apartment in Jan. During the basketball season.
  I need to know if the apartment is in walking distance to the Suny New Paltz?
What is the cost of rent per person?
Are the utilities  included in the rent.
If not what is a typical electric bill.
