Need Sublet: Summer June-August

Hi!

I'm looking for a sublet starting in June through mid-august.

The condo is on church street in New Paltz and is $520 per month not including electric (comes out to around $560 per month).

Large living room, backyard with garden, private bedroom, 2 bathrooms, lots of storage/space, wifi, washer and dryer.
Close to town and 10 minute walk to campus.
