We have renovated and completely furnished a beautiful Victorian house in the Village of New Paltz, just 1-1/2 blocks from campus and a 5-minute walk to Main Street.  Private, home-like atmosphere with all the amenities.  It's an ideal place to live.  Two new bathrooms; free washer and dryer; fully equipped kitchen; comfortably furnished all-season sunroom for socializing, studying, or relaxing; lots of windows and skylights; covered front and back porches; large backyard.  No smoking and no pets, please. Rent is $625 + shared utilities and the lease is only 9 months--September thru May.
