Hey everyone. My current roommate needs to bail and so you luck out by getting the awesome spot right in town (Church street, 4 houses off of main)! The rent is $650 a month and heat and hot water are included. Share of electric and cooking propane with me which depends upon how much we use (i like to be frugal!). Electric is every 2 months and cooking propane has been going for 3 months without running out. Pretty good deal I'd say Hope to find a down to earth roommate who is cool with sweet kitties, as I do have 2 that share the space with us. Great size living room, kitchen and bathroom.
