375$ plus util in a 5 bedroom walking distance to campus and town

We are a young group who recently graduated SUNY New Paltz, We have one small bedroom left in our 5 bedroom house. The house is walking distance to campus and town. We have a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a backyard and a side yard, parking, a big living room with a bay window and big book shelves for storage, a large dinning room with a kitchen table, 2 half baths and 1 full bath. We're a laid back group but we all know how to be good roommates at this point in the game. The room itself has one closet and in addition you would be able to have another closet for storage outside of the room. This room is ideal for a twin bed but a futon could also work.
