I am going to subletting a room in a house on 18 North Oakwood Terrace for the summer (May 23rd-August 15th). It's a huge room on the 2nd floor of this 5 bedroom house. I'll be willing to sell my extremely comfy full -size bed for a price that we can negotiate if you so desire. The rent will be $550 including utilities and the house includes a washer/dryer in the basement, a big screen TV, a big backyard and a nice porch in the front.
