3 guys looking for a place to live for Spring 2013

Hi all,

My two friends and I are all studying abroad in Fall 2012, and are looking for a place to live in New Paltz for the Spring 2013 semester! We are three guys so a place with room for 3 is a must, although we could easily fit into 2 bedrooms at the right price!

Preferably in walking distance to campus although two of us have cars and one has a bike so its not a necessity. We are very responsible, clean Seniors who would obviously maintain the condition of the apartment or house, if not improve it!
