Wonderful house for 3 students, 2 miles to campus, avg $800 per, INCLUDES heat

$2400.  Showing next weekend, March 15-16 by appointment. Seeking 3 students/maximum 3, for pleasant, partially furnished house less than 2 miles from campus (you would want/need a car).  House is in New Paltz on a quiet dead-end street off Ann Street, near Route 32 aka North Chestnut (near BOCES, near My Market organic grocer, etc.). Beautiful master bedroom with a king size bed, dresser and desk. Other rooms for other housemates can be partially furnished. The big, country-style kitchen with dishwasher, electric range and large refrigerator, easily doubles as living space, with room there for a couch and coffee table in addition to kitchen table and chairs (kitchen/living/dining). Many options for how a group of 3, or a couple plus 1, etc., could use the space. A small backyard with a patio and hammock, so peaceful. Heat is INCLUDED in your rent, and water also included in rent.  (Electricity and wifi accounts would be in tenant's name.) Driveway parking for your three cars, lawn maintenance, weekly recycling and trash pickups, water system maintenance, all included in rent, as well as HEAT, included.  Please write with the following info: 1) how many students? Right now we are looking for a 3-person group, to pay with one monthly $2400 rent check as required in New Paltz. 2) When is your earliest start date? (June 1, August 1 or August 18?).  3) Where will your rent money be coming from each month, since you are a full-time SUNY student? By that I mean, will your parents guarantee your rent?

Since 2010, it was primarily rented to groups of three students, many of whom renewed for additional years due to their complete satisfaction.  For two years, it was rented to a professor and his small family. Another year, it was rented to a professional woman who loved the large space. Looking forward to hearing from seriously interested students with cars and guarantors (under two miles from campus/car necessary) for a very comfortable private house, with heat INCLUDED for an average rent of $800 per student.
