1 room in 5 bedroom house
For Spring 2025 semester (January-July)
Everything included (heat, water, electricity, garbage) but internet which is split 5 ways
Washing and dryer on premises
10-15 minute walk from campus
Mostly guys here, but gender doesn't really matter: everyone's chill
Have to confirm with my landlord but pretty sure you'd have to sign a sub-lease, but my original lease remains, and ur payments would go to me
